Players, coaching staff, media, broadcast crew, sponsors, and partners — credentialled across every club, every venue, every fixture in the competition. One database. One scanner.
How AFL NT credentials players, media, partners and staff across the state.
// How it works
Leagues and governing bodies juggle accreditation across multiple clubs, multiple venues, and multiple fixture formats. Each one historically had its own spreadsheet or its own access-list email.
INTIX runs accreditation natively across the whole competition. Credentials persist between fixtures. The same scanner that admits fans admits the players. AFL NT runs every match-day credential through INTIX.

Attendance, revenue, demographics, renewal — one query across every club and every fixture in the competition. Not a CSV-merging exercise.
One query across every club, every fixture, every series in the competition.
// How it works
Most ticketing platforms report at the event level. Leagues need to roll up across clubs, venues, and competitions to answer questions like 'how is junior attendance trending across the state?' or 'which sponsor segment is most engaged across the season?'
INTIX's reporting layer queries the whole competition, not just one event. Same fan record across member clubs means league-wide analysis is one query — and the same query is available to broadcast partners and sponsors at the scope your contracts allow.

03
One platform that serves the league office, every member club, every venue, and every rights-partner — with appropriate visibility for each tenant.

// How it works
INTIX models the league as a parent tenant with child organisations (clubs, venues, series). Each child gets a branded public surface, owns their own fan list, and rolls up reporting into the league view.
Permissioning is built in — clubs can't see each other's data, but the league office gets the full picture. Sponsorship deals, broadcast partners, and merchandising affiliates each get scoped data access scoped to what their contracts entitle them to see.
