INTIX is an independent ticketing, membership and matchday platform that gives clubs, leagues, venues and event organisers payouts as fast as the next day and 100% ownership of their supporter data.
INTIX has run in the United Kingdom since 2020 from its London office, where the UK team handles sales, onboarding and matchday operations. The same team supports events in the Middle East, including Dubai. The company was founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2017 and is headquartered there. It supplies clubs directly and holds no exclusive league deal.
To date, INTIX has ticketed more than 11,000 events and processed more than £55 million in sales, and works with more than 200 active clients worldwide.
What INTIX does
Online ticketing
Sell general admission, reserved seating and hospitality through a checkout on your own website and brand. Fans pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay and get their tickets in a digital wallet.
Memberships and season tickets
Run memberships, season tickets and renewals on the same fan record as single-match tickets. Instalment plans, member presales and member-only prices are built in.
Point of sale and box office
Sell tickets, food, drink and merchandise at the gate with Tap to Pay on iPhone and card readers. Every in-venue sale reconciles straight away and lands on the same fan record.
CRM and marketing automation
Segment fans by what they buy and send email and push campaigns from the same platform. Abandoned cart recovery and new event alerts run on their own.
Access control and accreditation
Scan fans, players, media and sponsors on one scanner app. Accreditation for staff and broadcast runs alongside general ticketing.
APIs and white-label checkout
Embed the INTIX checkout on your own domain, or build your own with the API and real-time webhooks. Fan data syncs to HubSpot, Salesforce and ad platforms, including the Meta Conversions API.
Event operations
Box office, scanning and gate staff from the INTIX casual event team, trained before your first event, with the UK team supporting on matchday and 24/7 cover through every on-sale and event.
What makes INTIX different
The club's money, in the club's account
Gate, season-ticket and membership money goes straight into the club's own Stripe account when the supporter pays. It is never pooled with other clubs or held in platform escrow. Bank payouts follow Stripe's UK schedule, with next-day payouts available for a small Stripe fee.
Membership, matchday and POS on one system
Season tickets, the matchday gate, bar and kiosk sales and the CRM all share one supporter record. Nothing is stitched together from partner tools.
No setup fee, no subscription, no add-ons
Most clubs pay as they go, with no setup fee, no monthly subscription and no white-label add-on. Larger clubs and leagues can choose a fixed retainer instead, billed annually or every six months.
Flexible options tailored to your needs
Clubs sign with INTIX directly, on terms built around what they need. There is no league-wide exclusive tying you in. INTIX runs football, basketball, Aussie rules and live events on the same platform.
A managed switch at your pace
From 48 hours for a simple GA setup to a co-designed rollout over months for a dedicated white label build, built in lock step with our clients. We migrate your data, fixtures and season-ticket holders and train your matchday staff.

What clients say
INTIX gives us everything we need in one place, the ticketing, the data, the commercial tools. We're not just managing tickets anymore, we're building a picture of who our fans are and how we grow with them. That's exactly what a club with our ambitions needs.
Sian Lancaster, Commercial DirectorMaidenhead United FC
INTIX transformed the way we run Frome Town. The data we now have at our fingertips means we make smarter, faster decisions every single matchday. We can predict our crowd, prepare our staff and stock, and back every call with real numbers instead of guesswork. The platform handed our volunteers their Saturdays back: cash-counting that used to eat into every matchday now takes a fraction of the time, that's an hour back every game to actually watch the football.
David Parry, Vice ChairmanFrome Town FC
The ability to track cash, for me, that's been a massive win. How many tickets we've sold, how many on card versus cash. Data is always really important to drive those decisions. If you want to professionalise your cup finals, you need a system in place which takes payments on the day and also takes payments in advance.
Aquila Burgess, Head of PartnershipsLondon FA
INTIX brings everything we need under one roof, ticketing, season ticket management, CRM, and fan engagement analytics.
Marko Backovic, Head of OperationsSheffield Sharks
INTIX provides a brilliant service that makes our County Cup Final ticket purchasing easy.

The team behind INTIX
Alex Grant founded INTIX in Melbourne in 2017 after years across ticketing, sport and event operations, where the platforms on offer rarely matched what operations staff, venues and leagues needed. The founding idea was that ticket money and fan data belong to the event, so INTIX pays out fast and hands the data over. Alex now leads product as Chief Product Officer.
Co-founder Skye Larson brings 20 years of business strategy, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications across Australia and the UK, including senior communications roles in Victorian government. She now runs INTIX across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from London and leads commercial globally. Outside INTIX, she co-founded The Sisterhood Project, a charity that funds first aid training for parents and carers who cannot afford it.
Judd Goldstein joined as Global CEO in September 2025 after eight years in sports fan engagement technology. Judd moved from product into leading European business development for FanHub from London, then became Global Commercial Director, Fan Engagement at Genius Sports after it acquired FanHub in 2021.
Today INTIX has a core team of around 25 people across offices in Melbourne, London, New York and Wellington, backed by a pool of more than 85 casual event staff for box office, scanning and matchday support. The team includes specialists in event operations, sports management, venue management, marketing and event technology. In the UK that is a core team of around 8 and more than 20 casual event staff.

INTIX is a ticketing, membership and marketing platform for sports clubs, leagues, venues and event organisers. It covers online sales, memberships, in-venue point of sale, access control and fan marketing on one system.
Who owns the fan data?
The organiser owns 100% of it. Every buyer and member record can be exported at any time or synced in real time to your CRM through webhooks and the API.
How fast do organisers get paid?
Every sale lands in the organiser's own Stripe account when the fan pays, and is never pooled with other organisers. Bank payouts follow Stripe's standard schedule for your country, and next-day payouts are available for a small Stripe fee.
How much does INTIX cost?
Most organisers pay no setup or monthly fees and publish events for free, with a per-ticket fee on paid tickets. Larger clubs, leagues and venues can choose a fixed retainer instead, billed annually or every six months.
What support do organisers get?
Every client has a dedicated account manager in their region, with support by email, phone and live chat. Everyday requests get a reply within one business day, and on event days support is real time and runs 24/7.
How does INTIX keep payments and data secure?
Card payments are processed by Stripe or CyberSource, both PCI DSS certified, and card details are entered into their secure fields rather than stored by INTIX. The platform runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure.
How long does it take to switch to INTIX?
From 48 hours for a simple GA setup to a co-designed rollout over months for a dedicated white label build, built in lock step with our clients. INTIX migrates your data, fixtures and members, builds your seating maps and trains your staff.
