Cricket West Indies (CWI) has officially appointed INTIX as its exclusive ticketing partner on a long-term agreement, as a critical piece of the organisation’s digital transformation strategy.
This partnership moves beyond traditional ticketing, introducing a fully integrated, modern white-label technology solution designed to unify and elevate the cricket fan experience across the Caribbean.
CWI manages a unique confederation of 15 Caribbean nation-states with a singular vision: to make West Indies cricket the heartbeat of the Caribbean.
Under the long-term agreement, INTIX delivers CWI’s full ticketing infrastructure across all international fixtures hosted in the Caribbean. The platform went live at tickets.windiescricket.com on 24 May 2026, ahead of CWI’s three upcoming series against Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and Pakistan.
Chris Dehring, Chief Executive Officer at Cricket West Indies, said “A robust ticketing system is critical for us. INTIX provides a best-in-class platform geared towards strengthening our brand, driving commercial returns, and supporting the fan-first innovation necessary for our sustainable success.”
“It is integral that Windies Cricket fans have a smooth ticket purchasing experience that aligns with how our communities buy tickets and like to experience our events. Our partnership with INTIX is designed to help us strengthen the relationship between our team and supporters,” Dehring said.
A core pillar of the partnership is unlocking the ability for CWI to collect and utilise valuable fan data. Through the INTIX platform, CWI can interpret fan behaviour as it happens, from ticket purchasing patterns to stadium usage across each of the venues the West Indies plays at. This allows for live audience segmentation and tailored marketing strategies, delivering personalised notifications to fans before and during the match.
“Caribbean cricket fans are as passionate as any sports fans in the world, and they deserve a ticketing experience that matches their passion,” said Judd Goldstein, Chief Executive Officer at INTIX.
“Our goal is to ensure these deeply engaged fans have a smooth, flexible and personalised experience when watching their heroes compete on the international stage”
“Cricket West Indies are on an incredibly exciting digital transformation journey, and our focus is ensuring INTIX is a seamlessly integrated piece of the puzzle to unlock audience and revenue growth moving forward,” Goldstein said.
