About this event

Join us for the Ross Millard Coaching Observation Masterclass!

Ross is the Director of Sport at Ardingly College whilst managing and coaching the boys U18A Football Team who compete in the Hudl League (Top 10 Independant School Football Teams in the country). Ross previously coached at Manchester United's Academy.

For this event, Ross is taking us inside his training sessions with his U18A team. How and why he goes about coaching the way he does and why he prioritises what he does!

The event will start with a talk from Ross about his Football programme at Ardingly and his current/ previous experiences. From there we will head out onto the pitch to watch Ross take the session. Finally we will head back inside to reflect on what we have seen and ask any questions we may have.

Coaches attending live will be allocated 3 CPD hours to their FAN numbers.
