Mousehole FC

Mousehole Football Club has demonstrated a consistent upward trajectory since joining the Cornwall Combination in 1960–61. Their progress was evident with a runners-up finish in the Combination, leading to their promotion to the South West Peninsula League Division One West upon its formation in 2007. The club continued its winning ways, securing the Division One West title in the 2015–16 season. Following league restructuring, Mousehole successfully applied for and gained promotion to the Premier Division West, reaching Step 6 of the National League System, showcasing their ambition and growth.

Beyond on-pitch achievements, Mousehole AFC is committed to football development. A significant sponsorship arrangement with the Endorsed Group in 2017 led to the creation of the Endorsed Academy, a valuable initiative focused on enhancing coaching standards and fostering opportunities for young Cornish footballers. This commitment was further highlighted by hosting the Endorsed Cup in 2018, a prestigious pre-season tournament featuring youth teams from top-tier clubs like Newcastle United, Huddersfield Town, and Bolton Wanderers. Their on-field success continued with promotion to the Premier Division of the Western League in 2021, based on their strong performance in prior seasons. Most notably, Mousehole AFC achieved a historic promotion to the Southern Football League as champions in the 2022–23 season, becoming only the second Cornish side to reach Step 4 of the non-league system, a testament to their remarkable ascent and dedication.
